Useful Resources

There are a number of useful sources of information on conflict, communication coaching and how to understand personalities in order to bring about the best outcomes for your team.

I’ve taken the opportunity to interview some of these authors on their seminal works. You can view the author interviews by subscribing here.

I’ve also written some articles and blog posts on communication, including understanding the linguistics of conflict, and managing reactions — two useful skills for establishing confident, cohesive conversations in the workplace.

I hope you find them useful.
