About my interviews
I have a simple vision: for everybody to become confident communicators. These interviews are designed to provide practical skills you can apply straight away.

Vicki Webster shares form her survival guide, How to get ahead without murdering your boss. A book she co-authored with Helen Burton and Alison Lees.

Today I had the pleasure of interviewing Vicki Webster about her book. This is a brilliant book. It gives you tips and insights into how to handle difficult bosses, micro managers, passive aggressive managers and much more. It also gives you really good tips on how to handle your reputation and manage your career while working for these difficult bosses. We had a lot of fun making this interview. I hope you enjoy it.

Cheers Tess
