About my interviews
I have a simple vision: for everybody to become confident communicators. These interviews are designed to provide practical skills you can apply straight away.

Today I interview Bill Eddy about his book, What’s your proposal? Shifting high-conflict people from blaming to problem solving in 30 seconds

It is practical ‘how to’ guide to shift high-conflict people (HCP) from their pre-occupation of blaming to problem solving.

Bill describes the 4 characteristics of HCP as:
~ Preoccupation with blaming
~ All-or-nothing thinking
~ Unmanaged emotions
~ Extreme behaviours

In this interview you will learn ‘how to’ master ‘the big shift’. The big shift refers to shifting yourself or someone else out of defensive reacting into logical problem solving.

Enjoy. Cheers Tess

PS If you loved this interview:
~ Why not share it with your friends on social media and
~ Gather some work colleagues together, watch it a lunch time and discuss the techniques presented
