If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after the 1st session or module we will give you a money-back guarantee. Please email us at tess@1stcall.com.au if you are not satisfied so that we can resolve any problems.

Delivery Policy

Books and other merchandise

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via your nominated delivery within 3 to 5 working days within Australia or up to 14 working days for International Delivery.

However if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
